More than 700 customers without power in Monroe County | News
RG&E tells News10NBC that more than 700 people in Monroe County are without power.
More than half of the outages are in the City and Pittsford area.
RG&E crews are out in the area, working to restore power. The number of outages are significantly down from early when more than 4,000 were without power.
