The filmed story of a transgender's journey will be presented at Lifetree Café on Monday, July 1 at 7 p.m.
The film follows a man named Bob, who says he knew at the age of four that he was really a girl in a boy's body.
The film examines issues surrounding transgenderism, such as family dynamics, workplace complications and spiritual implications.
"The issue, transgenderism, raises all sorts of questions for the people. Increasingly, our schools, workplaces and faith communities are looking for answers. The Lifetree program provides some insight," said Lifetree Café spokesperson Craig Cable.
Admission to this hour-long event is free. Snacks and beverages will be available.
The Café is located at 1301 Vintage Lane in Greece.
