Trial begins Monday for three people accused of attacking elderly homeowner in Greece
The trial for three people accused of attacking an elderly homeowner in Greece begins Monday.
John Meyers, Sarah Cushman and Jacob Buchanan will be in court at 9:30 a.m.
Police say the three held down a 99-year-old man during a home invasion last December. Investigators believe they stole cash and jewelry.
Meyers is also accused of punching an 84-year-old woman in the face and taking cash from her Greece home a few weeks later on Christmas Eve.
All three suspects pleaded not guilty to robbery and burglary charges in January.
