While in court, the jury saw the video of her explaining to police her account of what happened on May 12. Sardisco says the six-month-old baby girl began to choke on milk and she was trying to save the baby. She explained how she put the baby on the floor and gave her CPR and then grabbed the baby, ran to the kitchen and called 911.
