State Police: Greece man charged with DWI | Crime
A Greece man was charged with DWI at a State Police sobriety road checkpoint.
25-year-old Judah S. Manetta, of Greece, was arrested on Main Street in Rochester early Saturday morning after he failed roadside field sobriety tests.
Police say Manetta had a blood alcohol of 0.12%, which is more than the legal limit of 0.08.
Manetta is due back in Rochester City Court at a later date.
